Software Engineer Interview Experience - Hawthorne, California
Process
A recruiter reached out to me. We had a conversation over the phone, I took an online quiz, and then had a phone interview.
The process was smooth until I failed the phone interview.
They took too long after the phone interview, so I contacted my recruiter on LinkedIn, but was ignored. I received an automated "thank you for your interest, but-" email a day later.
The online quiz was easy, but the phone interview depends on your knowledge in networking.
