I applied online. The process took 3 weeks.
Applied without referral and got the recruiter call invite less than an hour later. 30-min call mostly about why SpaceX and my overview. Next 2 rounds were resume deep dives with engineers from the teams that looked at me, I thought it went great and was told during the interview that they'd move me on to the in-person final onsite. Went radio silent for a week then sent an automated rejection email.
