Software Engineer Interview Experience - Pensacola, Florida
Process
The interviewer called and asked about my experience and qualifications. Even though the entire phone screen was great in reference to my qualifications and professional experience, the interviewer disqualified me because I did not have a bachelor's degree. This was despite the fact that their CEO often espouses that you don't need a degree to be successful and that it's not what they look for.
