I applied via their website and was contacted about a week later by HR, who asked me to take an online quiz. I took the timed quiz and noted that it had a security flaw that would allow the taker to spend longer than the allowed time and still make it appear that they had completed it on time.

I also mentioned to HR that their newsletter signup form, located on the top right of every page, was broken and that they have numerous missing images throughout their site.

HR scheduled a second phone interview with me. He never called. I emailed him, and he explained that the wrong employee had been scheduled for the call and simply hadn't told anyone.

My next phone interview was with a technical employee. The questions were all based on languages that were not part of the job I was applying for. It's hard to answer questions when you've never worked with the languages being used in the interview.
