The first round was a phone screening, which was very quick and painless. The second round was a coding assessment (a take-home, two-hour project). The third round was a behavioral interview, where they dove into a specific project.

Pros: Exciting projects. You learn a lot in so little time. Decent teammates most of the time. Awesome stock options and onsite food options.
