The process started with a phone screen with the recruiter and led to a four-hour assessment on Codility. Despite passing all the tests and finishing early, I never heard back from the recruiter, even after following up. Very unprofessional from the recruiting team at SpaceX.

You rarely get the time to stop and get really good at one thing, and are often too spread out.
Everyone is being pulled in many directions, which results in a stressful and often blunt/harsh environment.
