I had a similar experience to another person I saw online recently.

In short, I was ghosted before even getting a chance to talk to anyone.

I received an email from a recruiter to schedule a phone screen for the following week. The recruiter stated they would call me at the scheduled time. However, I am now at the end of my scheduled time and have not received a call, nor any communication about being late or rescheduling.

Had I not seen other reviews like this, I would have given them the benefit of the doubt. However, their prevalence has led me to question whether I want to work here at all. It would be exciting, and they have a great mission, but this kind of situation often serves as a "canary in the coal mine." If this is the level of professionalism they present externally, I have low hopes for what it's like to work with them internally.
