Process
I received a C debugging quiz after applying online. I passed the quiz and was contacted by a recruiter shortly after.
The recruiter asked for a time when I'd be available for a phone screen. I gave her a time, and she confirmed it.
On the day of our phone screen, she never called. I emailed her multiple times and received no response.
I also contacted three other SpaceX recruiters on LinkedIn, and they are also ignoring me.
I can see that SpaceX probably gets a lot of applications, but this is still very disrespectful. I can also see that many recruiters on LinkedIn probably get messages from others trying to get an interview all the time. So they probably thought I was lying about getting a quiz so I could get an interview.
