The team manager reached out to see if I was interested and connected me to a recruiter.
The process then seemed pretty standard for a large company:
- Resume to team
- Tech call
- On-site interview
However, the recruiter call was annoying enough that it doesn't make me want to continue the process. He called 10 minutes behind schedule with no warning, speed-read descriptions of the team/company work, and very specifically wanted to know my GPA, which I didn't remember since it's been several years since I've graduated.
