Pros: Great culture. Was highly motivated. Learned a lot.

Cons: No cons. I really enjoyed the experience.

Pros: • Innovative Environment: Every day brings something new. The pace of innovation here is unlike anything I’ve seen. • Growth Opportunities: I’ve learned more here in a few months than I have in years at other companies. • Inspiring Leadership: My leaders have been supportive, forward-thinking, and committed to the mission. • Team Culture: My coworkers have been fantastic—collaborative, driven, and helpful. • Mission-Driven Work: It’s incredibly motivating to be part of something bigger, pushing the boundaries of space exploration.

Cons: • Demanding Hours: Long days and weekend work can be challenging, especially for those balancing family life. • Fast-Paced Pressure: The pace is intense, and expectations are high—it’s not for everyone. • Work-Life Balance: Depending on the role, achieving balance can be difficult.

Pros: Good pay, meaningful projects, and plenty of autonomy.

Cons: Long, long hours, immaturity, and fighting with teams for every small decision.
