• Innovative Environment: Every day brings something new. The pace of innovation here is unlike anything I’ve seen. • Growth Opportunities: I’ve learned more here in a few months than I have in years at other companies. • Inspiring Leadership: My leaders have been supportive, forward-thinking, and committed to the mission. • Team Culture: My coworkers have been fantastic—collaborative, driven, and helpful. • Mission-Driven Work: It’s incredibly motivating to be part of something bigger, pushing the boundaries of space exploration.
• Demanding Hours: Long days and weekend work can be challenging, especially for those balancing family life. • Fast-Paced Pressure: The pace is intense, and expectations are high—it’s not for everyone. • Work-Life Balance: Depending on the role, achieving balance can be difficult.
Although I’ve only been with SpaceX for a short time, the experience has already been incredibly rewarding. I’ve learned a tremendous amount in a short period and have had the opportunity to work on projects that truly make a difference. Watching rockets fly and knowing I’ve contributed, even in a small way, is nothing short of awe-inspiring.
Despite the challenges, I highly recommend SpaceX to anyone looking to be part of something extraordinary. The experience, the people, and the mission make it worth it.

It was a recruiter screen, then a phone screen with an engineer on the team, and then an on-site visit with a panel and 1-1s after (about 4-5 engineers and hiring manager).
Highly automated. They receive far too many applicants for human review. If you do get through to their technical test, it is also highly automated and timed. It assumes experience with GCC. No human review means no room for error.
