Pros: Super cool company, and be ready to work and have fun
Cons: Lots of work, but not too much: 50-60 hours plus getting paged and extra, so ~60-65 for FT.

Pros: A fast moving company doing incredible things. Really talented, and motivated engineers for the most part who get s**t done.
Cons: Burnout. Only certain personalities will be able to stay here long term. Nobody is cracking a whip over you necessarily, but it is just the culture of the place to work long and hard, and you do not want to let your co-workers down.
The company makes quick decisions and pivots, which can be good, but can also lead to lots of churn for individual engineers.
