Process
I received a phone call from my to-be manager at the time we had agreed upon.
He was a nice guy who seemed very happy to be working at SpaceX.
I asked the manager how he began working at and enjoyed his time at SpaceX.
He asked a few very easy technical questions to gauge my problem-solving process. The key is to talk a lot and make sure the manager knows what you are thinking.
It was quite an easy interview, but it likely depends on who is conducting it.
Questions
You are in a boat in a pool with a brick.
