Process
One round of behavioral interview. Pretty easy, going off the resume and behavioral questions.
Then a much more difficult technical interview about the work the team does. Much harder and challenged you to think outside the box.

I love it here

Pros: Fast pace, forward-thinking company. At SpaceX, you are given freedom (in my experience). This works great for some, but can be a limitation for others. Note that I had worked here for 5 years, and I worked at a "competitor" (using that term loosely); so, I am biased and returned because I missed the energy and my team.
Cons: Location. However, it is worth the hassle of the commute.

Pros: Cool if you're an Elon fanboy or NPC, constant desire for improvement, and you stay busy. Also, snacks.
Cons: Low pay, long hours, tight schedules, and HR that is garbage.
