Vehicle Engineering Structures Analyst Interview Experience

October 20, 2017
Positive ExperienceNo Offer

Process

The interview process began with a phone interview with HR, followed by a technical phone interview with the team lead.

I was then invited for an onsite interview. This involved a 30-minute presentation, followed by a 30-minute Q&A session.

Afterward, I had a set of 1:1 interviews and a technical exam.

The exam consisted of easy, structured questions, but I experienced a major brain freeze during it, so unfortunately, there was no offer.

The people were nice, and it was cool to see the facility. I wish I hadn't flubbed the exam, but what can you do?

Pay attention to the bullet points in the job listing regarding what they will test you on. Stay calm and be yourself.

Questions

Simply supported beam, DOF's, basic hydraulics.
