It was a recruiter screen, then a phone screen with an engineer on the team, and then an on-site visit with a panel and 1-1s after (about 4-5 engineers and hiring manager).

A lot about my projects and what ownership I had on them, hypotheticals on the projects, how would that change things, what things you could make on the lathe, how many ways can you make a tube

- A good variety of things in the job where every week is different
- You have the freedom to come up with and work on projects that impact the company
- When you ask, people are happy to teach you about what they do and there are a lot of smart people to learn from
