SWE Intern
I applied online. The process took 3 months. The first round was a resume grill session. Be prepared to go in depth on every project, explaining your decisions, tradeoffs, and technical understanding, since they'll dig into everything listed.

First round was a resume grilling and technical Q&A. They dived deep into one of my projects and really picked it apart, asking various technical questions. The Q&A was basic C++ stuff.

Phone screen. Rude and impatient interviewer. 10 minutes late. Did not want me to talk about my background and only wanted to choose one position. Very efficient in scheduling the interview, though.
