Process
I moved straight to the final round as I received an offer for the Software Engineer role at Splunk.
It took the recruiter a really long time to get back to me because the hiring manager was on vacation.
The interview consisted of two technical interviews and one behavioral interview, lasting about three hours in total.
Many questions were related to my resume. Personally, I thought one of my interviewers was strange.
This interviewer asked me questions about why my Computer Science degree at UC Berkeley was a Bachelor of Arts, which went on for over five minutes. I found this quite surprising. Please research such questions beforehand and don't waste the interviewee's precious time.
