Beware of the process and expectations before you attempt the interview. I had one 1-carat, two coding rounds, one design round, one Technical Taste round, one product manager interview, and one HM (Hiring Manager) interview. That is a lot, and all rounds took one month to complete.

They themselves don't know what they want to evaluate in the coding rounds, and even interviewers struggle to understand solutions.

Initially, HR said that the coding round feedback was poor and they wanted to redo it. Suddenly, they called and said they don't want to proceed further.

I want to warn everyone coming here for a review: please be mindful if you want to attend a Splunk interview and be ready for ghosting. They wasted my one month of time, and it is not at all worth it.
