Senior Integration Engineer Interview Experience - Poland
Process
A phone call with a recruiter.
Then an interview with a manager, followed by a couple of technical interviews:
- One systems/troubleshooting related.
- One coding interview.
I did not get to the third round, but it was an overall good experience. All the stages were followed up and explained.
At the end, my coding skills were rusty, and I did not pass that interview successfully. They reached out to me and said they were not going to continue with my recruitment process.
