I have got the phone interview call scheduled after contacted by recruiter through employee referral and the interview was really nice, I finished the program very well using Java programming language and the interviewer also was happy and had a good conversation. I have sent a very well thank you email to the recruiter as well as also put in my interest for this position, but even since after more than 15 days, no any updates from the recruiter. I had already followed up 2 times and this is very bad for a company with not providing any updates or feedback after the interview process. It would be more happy with a rejection rather than not having any updates. So, I’m totally discouraging everyone to interview at this company who doesn’t really care about the candidates.
