Senior Software Engineer Interview Experience - London, United Kingdom
Process
I am definitely not happy with the interview process at Splunk. The interview went well, but there is a lack of coordination.
I had an initial phone interview, followed by an on-site interview of four rounds.
They did not respond to me after the on-site interview.
It does look like the hiring manager conducted a sham interview to gain experience.
Questions
Nothing difficult. Easy technical questions.
