The job position name changed twice between my two interviews. I spoke with HR in the UK and an SRE specialist in the US. I can't complain about these two interviews; it was nice to talk with them, and I have no negative feedback.
The third interview was supposed to be with the hiring manager, but he did not call me back at the scheduled time. After two weeks, the team in UK HR received confirmation that the manager decided to hire someone who knew Splunk as a product. This was mainly a waste of my time and indicated a lack of organization within Splunk US. I would not have applied for this role if knowledge of Splunk was a requirement.
We just talk about my experience.
