All interviews went well. The engineers were very helpful and nice.
However, the HR at Splunk is the worst I've experienced. After telling me I would hear back with results the next day, they ghosted me for weeks without any updates on my application. I was completely in the dark during most of the process.
After waiting a while, I decided to move onto other job applications.

Good Pay, Unfair Culture

Pros: Good benefits and compensation package.
Cons: Sorry, when 80% of your company all come from the same background, that’s not diversity. And no, I’m not talking about white people. Favoritism, unearned promotions, and unfair treatment are all fine as long as you’ve got a certain demographic.

Pros: Amazing work culture, challenging but fun.
Talented coworkers to work with and learn from.
Industry-leading product with a fun tech stack.
Company cares about its employees and organizes lots of events like movie nights and pub crawls.
Compensation is very competitive with the industry.
Cons: Lacks some of the perks of other tech companies, such as free food (though there is free lunch on Mondays and breakfast on Fridays).
Weird 401K system.
Organizations can be siloed, making it difficult to gain visibility into what's happening around the company.
