Good benefits and compensation package.
Sorry, when 80% of your company all come from the same background, that’s not diversity. And no, I’m not talking about white people. Favoritism, unearned promotions, and unfair treatment are all fine as long as you’ve got a certain demographic.
The management team here is terrible and corrupt. Deal with it before you have a lawsuit on your hands.
