Process
Overall, this is the best interview I've ever had. The interview processes were smooth, thanks to the recruiters, and the interviewers were very nice.
This is a junior position for cloud infrastructure. It started with an initial recruiter call, then a video technical interview with a Senior Engineer, focusing on sharing experience and knowledge from the resume, plus coding.
After that, I was brought to an onsite interview. There were three rounds: System Design, some Linux troubleshooting, config management, etc., focused on system engineering, and a general interview with the hiring manager.
One of the interviewers took me on an office tour after the onsite interview, and it made me want to work at Splunk even more.
