A very empathetic and good interview process, consisting of behavioral and technical rounds. These covered teamwork, big data, system design, and algorithms. Interviewers were nice to talk to. The recruiter provided a heads-up on the focus areas for the interview.

Pros: Mostly everyone is really amiable and interested in you.
Company is really focused on growth and pushing hard for it.
Really great worksite right in the middle of Santana Row.
Kitchens always have something to eat.
Company hack weeks!
Lots of team outings.
Specifically for interns, the company is committed to making the experience awesome!
Cons: They only have food on Mondays, while most companies of their size have free food all week.
It can be rather tedious that sometimes security stops you for your badge, and other times they let you just walk without even seeing them.
Stock office supplies more frequently.
Walls aren’t very decorated. It could be useful to know about the company or other teams because I feel pretty oblivious about what’s going on in the company.

Pros: Amazing work culture, challenging but fun.
Talented coworkers to work with and learn from.
Industry-leading product with a fun tech stack.
Company cares about its employees and organizes lots of events like movie nights and pub crawls.
Compensation is very competitive with the industry.
Cons: Lacks some of the perks of other tech companies, such as free food (though there is free lunch on Mondays and breakfast on Fridays).
Weird 401K system.
Organizations can be siloed, making it difficult to gain visibility into what's happening around the company.
