Software Engineer (Internship) Interview Experience - Poland

Process

The interview consists of 4 steps.

First, there is a "weird" online assessment with HR situational questions and a coding challenge. This step is incredibly frustrating as there is no room for questions or natural conversation about the position.

Next, there are 3 online interviews: 2 technical and 1 with a manager. The coding tasks and basic questions were very simple. The developer and manager were really nice and positive.

Unfortunately, because of the low difficulty of the interview, there is a high chance that you will not be considered, even if you performed perfectly, as there could always be someone with higher qualifications.

The whole process was disorganized, there is no room for questions, and HR's response to emails is only that they have a template for that question.

This was the worst recruiting process I've ever been a part of in terms of organization.
