Splunk and its culture are top-notch. The pay is also at par with several product organizations in India. They offer good base and stock/cash compensation on top of it.
Most of the folks are good, open, and welcoming; easy to work with and mission-oriented.
After acquisition by Cisco, the benefits are trimmed off, and the total compensation is also negatively impacted, making it difficult to retain existing employees as well as hire fresh talent from the market.
