- Org structure is weird.
- Slow development and release model compared to modern software companies.
I'm not a fan of our last two big acquisitions (Phantom and VictorOps). I don't think we're really vetting these companies, and we're not thinking through how integration will actually work. I agree with the high-level strategy; I just don't think we're executing it.
