Extremely negative experience. That was probably the most chaotic and confusing hiring process I've ever seen. A lot of different recruiters might be driving the process without being aware of its state, which is pretty funny considering that Splunk

The process was thorough yet fair. The interviewers asked relevant questions about how I would handle real-world problems, avoiding contrived scenarios. Their knowledge provided a valuable perspective as they answered my questions.
