People: I've met some of the brightest people while at Splunk. I've really appreciated growing with them. The comp packages attract some of the most strategic thinkers.
Comp: One of the highest paying tech companies in the Bay Area.
Culture: Splunkers have some of the best dad jokes I've ever seen. If you don't have a sense of humor, it's going to be a rough time.
Typical large org politics at times.
Lots of migration work to make sure we are a cloud-first company brings large challenges.
Continue to focus on the bottom line. Make sure we keep moving to the cloud as fast as possible. Focus on what makes customers happy.
