Employee culture is pretty good and relaxed. Many employees have families or other non-work responsibilities, so the work-life balance is good.
Benefits are decent, and PTO is flexible.
Occasionally, there are new directives that are interesting to work on. If you want a challenge, you can find things to improve or solve.
If you do the above, career progression is fantastic. Almost everyone I've worked with that has been with Splunk for a while has been promoted. While this may lead to inflated levels, it's great for the individual.

Diverse employee base.
