Pros

Great benefits, from RSUs to ESPP to family planning, etc., etc.

They will reimburse up to $500 a quarter for nearly anything (I used it on vet bills).

Get a quarterly "Global Rest Day" off, and a lot of holiday time in the winter.

Fully remote (if that's a plus for you).

Direct management genuinely cares about career growth and treating employees fairly.

Cons

C-level and upper management seem out of touch at times. I've had several incidents, like cutting bonuses after a positive investor call, where they seemed blindsided by the blowback. Large amounts of turnover on all levels make it difficult to make connections and care about people outside my immediate team.

Advice to Management

I know you're bound by legal and business contracts, but take a few minutes before big announcements to think how it sounds to individual contributors. Also, give a shoutout to engineers at the end of the quarter too, not just sales. We want to be supported sometimes too.
