Pros: Spotify takes overall well care of their employees. Spotify is positive about remote work, more so than many other big tech companies.
Cons: Big organization. Cross-squad work is slow. Some managers are not that good (like everywhere else, I guess).

Cons: Salary could be slightly better. Stock is volatile, and thus, stock options may or may not be worthless.
