Process
I had an initial meeting with the recruiter about the role and the company, and everything seemed good.
We booked my first technical interview with two engineers, which lasted for about 70 minutes. I did well, and the recruiter contacted me again to schedule the last interviews.
I replied with times that would work for me. No reply...
A couple of days later, I sent another email in case the recruiter had somehow missed my first response. No reply...
About a week later, I decided to make a last effort and sent another response in a separate email. No reply...
I spent a lot of time and energy preparing and focusing on doing well in these interviews, and I don't even get shown the common courtesy of a response back.
These recruiters are so unprofessional and reflect really badly on Spotify as a company. I would not consider Spotify based on my experience with their recruiters and interview processes.
