I was contacted for an interview, and it was scheduled. Before the interview time, the recruiter canceled it only two hours beforehand without giving any reason. I even contacted them asking why, but received no reply. Incredibly unprofessional.

Pros: Some Spotify teams have a good culture. Receiving stock options at a low strike price makes for good compensation. There are many opportunities to work on interesting problems.

Management in some business areas are too focused on politics. This can result in people and product coming second to politics.
Salary growth and promotions rely entirely on self-advocacy and manager.
