Process
Waste of time.
The recruiter seemed out of her depth, and the team didn't appear to have a connection to the larger, overall mission.
There was a lot of autonomy but very little strategic direction.
The "staff" engineer who interviewed me seemed insecure and became defensive when I asked for basic clarifying information about his job. He ended our interview 15 minutes early because he got the time wrong, and then gave me a thumbs down for not going into more detail in my solution.
What can you do.
On the bright side, most of the questions were pretty easy, and the work doesn't seem hard.
