It's hard to compete with Spotify as a software company in Sweden when it comes to benefits, pay, a fun product to work on, and growth.
In recent years, it has grown to be very political. PowerPoint engineering and vanity projects have become more incentivized than high-quality software and user-centric product development.
Be better at identifying posers that clearly don't work on anything other than ego pursuits.
