This was the most disappointing experience I could ask for. I interviewed here in February 2020.
First step was a recruiter phone screen. My recruiter was almost 10 minutes late and didn’t give me the most important information in our allotted time. He then said he would follow up with an email. The email follow-up only came after I followed up first, which was a week later.
This was now the second step, the take-home assignment. It wasn’t too bad of a question. But as soon as I received the assignment, I emailed a set of questions and received no reply. I continued to complete the assignment and submitted it. I then followed up and received no reply.
After 8 days of no reply, I reached out to my third-party recruiter, which is how I applied. They told me that I was going to be invited onsite. I guess this was via an online update that I did not have access to. Four days later, I received a generic email saying I’m not being considered. Yet the role is still wide open.
I don’t have an issue with being ghosted or denied, but the mismatch of information is alarming. I don’t really trust this company.
