Applied direct. Recruiter call, then a take-home. On-site with people from the iOS and Android teams, then the mobile lead for system design. Nothing particularly difficult, but a very off-putting, kool-aid/cultish vibe the entire time. This is definitely a company that's very concerned about its image. The mobile lead brought up problems with a former employee leaving because he didn't fit the mold, which was a bit strange. No major red flags, but more than a few minor ones. Disappointed I didn't get an offer, but also feel like I dodged a bullet.
NDA, but standard algo stuff, nothing crazy.
