Process
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks.
The process is very well structured. The interviewers are generally friendly and helpful, giving useful tips, but it requires time. Each stage lasted 1 hour, consisting of 30 minutes of conversation, tests with basic algorithms, data structures and algorithms, code analysis, system design, and behavior. At the end, they send feedback with the main points to the unsuccessful candidates.

Pros: Cool company that values engineering and embraces remote work. Great mission behind it. Everyone seems pretty happy. My coworkers are awesome. It is not hard to get a hold of anyone when you need to. Growth opportunities seem to be readily available. We seem to have a positive future in front of us.
Cons: Leadership in certain areas has felt like a revolving door, but engineering talent remains strong. The decision to go private has impacted the salary expectations that I joined with.
