The process was structured and transparent, though quite long.

I first spoke with the recruiter (Nikki), who explained the company and role.

Then I had a technical screening (DS & Algorithms live coding with João Figueiredo), followed by a CTIL interview (Communication, Teamwork, Impact, Leadership) with Ricardo Rocha.

The final round was the Virtual Loop: three technical interviews (Data Structures & Algorithms, System Design, Code Review).

The interviewers were friendly, and I received constructive feedback.

I learned a lot during the process.

In the end, I was not offered the position, but I would apply again.
