The interview process is an absolute pain. It is composed of 7 steps:

1. Recruiter Screening - 30 mins
2. Technical Screening - 60 mins
3. Data Structures & Algorithms - 60 minutes
4. System Design - 60 minutes
5. Code Review - 60 minutes
6. Communication, Teamwork, Impact, Leadership - 60 minutes
7. 1-on-1 with the Hiring Manager - 30 minutes

I failed the Technical Screening. However, when I saw the number of steps, I didn't even bother trying too hard.

Everyone was really nice though.
