The recruiter reached out to initiate the first phone interview. I responded with my availability, and a few days later, we appeared to land on a time to speak.

The recruiter was a no-show, then reached back out the following week to reschedule. After another few days, the interviewer informed me the position was no longer open.

In all, it took three weeks to go absolutely nowhere, wasting my time in between.

This was an abysmal experience and leads me to think their recruiting efforts are half-hearted and in no way considerate of the humans on the other end. I don’t plan to apply to this company again and will be actively discouraging others until I have evidence to the contrary.
