Easily the most enjoyable interview loop I've gone through. These interviews felt more like conversations, and the questions were very fair and doable if you prepare well enough. The recruiter was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Overall, a great experience.

Pros: Culture is pretty forgiving and respects diversity.
Depending on the team, you can have pretty awful on-call duties.
Cons: A lot of technical debt, and directors and execs don't want to tackle it because they want to grow grow grow and no one wants to be responsible for something unsexy.
