I got an email from the recruiter, and we chatted on the phone. Overall, the experience was very positive. The recruiter and staff were very friendly.
Process:
- Phone interview about general system design and coding
- Coding and system design interviews (half & half). Usually two interviews in the room.
- System design interview
- Behavioral questions interview with management
The team takes you out to lunch.
Questions
Coding questions related to graph/topological sort, Iterator pattern with a queue, and publish-subscribe pattern with a heap.

Cons: It can be chaotic, and it is not very diverse gender or racially.

Pros: - Great work/life balance
- Interesting product and projects (team specific)
- Nice office + lunch
- Good people to work with
Cons: Moving from 5 to 4 stars since the Permira acquisition and going back private:
- Worse compensation structure and value for both new hires and existing folk
- Equity now has no real value
- More stringent hybrid policy that used to be more remote friendly
- Parental leave dropped from 20 weeks to 12
- A lot of interesting leadership changes, including directors parting with the company and new faces coming in
