Moving from 5 to 4 stars since the Permira acquisition and going back private:
- Worse compensation structure and value for both new hires and existing folk
- Equity now has no real value
- More stringent hybrid policy that used to be more remote friendly
- Parental leave dropped from 20 weeks to 12
- A lot of interesting leadership changes, including directors parting with the company and new faces coming in
