Pay is decent.
Lot of friendly and helpful colleagues.
They throw you in the deep end and won’t even lend a hand to help you swim.
They won’t give you any feedback when you try to set expectations.
They will let folks move countries for jobs and just fire people because of it, with no warning and no guidance. They are just dropped like a bad habit.
Hiring a consultant company to teach management how to be managers. Have a lot of ICs with too much people power and who have no clue what they are doing.
No one can meet expectations if you do not set them.
Applied online. The phone screening with the recruiter followed by an online coding exercise. Recruiter was very friendly and answered all my questions well. Online exercise was on HackerRank and fairly covered data structures and algorithms.
Applied online. Got an online assessment in two weeks. Fairly simple question. Then proceeded to a phone screen. Went very well; the recruiter was very clear and precise with his questions. Took a take-home assessment which was 7 days long. Good ques
The interviewer was very aloof and robotic. They didn't want to be there. They essentially give you this very long, buggy JavaScript file with HTML, CSS, and JS. You're going to spend the majority of the time searching for the bugs through a long mod
