Process
Recruiter reached out via e-mail for initial chat. Next step was a chat with other leaders at the company. Then had a virtual onsite comprised of behavioral, systems design, and system implementation as well as various management/leadership focused interviews. Overall, this is the best interview experience I've ever had. The recruiter was friendly, professional, and SUPER responsive. Further, while the interview was challenging (as it should be), every interviewer was very pleasant to talk to. I am struggling to identify something that I would suggest for them to improve about the process.
